This program is for gents from beginner to intermediate fitness levels. Pro Tip: It's not about how much weight you can lift or pull. It's about having good form and working that muscle to its max. Don't compensate your form by trying to lift to heavy.

This program is for females from beginner to intermediate fitness level. If you are just starting out at the gym or maybe want to try a  new program, this one is for you.  Pro Tip:  Don't be intimidated by the weight section. Let it become your happy place!
